Zoning Board of Appeals

The Town of Normal Zoning Board of Appeals consists of 7 members appointed by the Mayor and Council.  The powers and duties of the Board are set forth in Sections 10.4 and 15.12 of the Town of Normal Municipal Code. 

The Board's powers and duties include:
  • To hear and make recommendations to the Town Council on all Special Use Permits
  • To hear requests for variations of Zoning Code requirements
