The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Normal Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Normal Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement" with the time and date of the opening, which will be August 24, 2018 at 10:30 am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.  Any questions regarding this bid will addressed at a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on August 8, 2018 at 11:00 am at the project site.  Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. 

State statues and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job.  Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town's website,  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures.  The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
